They are looking for a Commercial Services Coordinator to join their team. The Role: You will provide comprehensive customer service support to the Commercial and Sales Team. Acting as the primary point of contact for both local and international customers, you will establish strong and credible relationships, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Duties: Building strong, credible relationships with customers, locally and internationally. Collaborating closely with planning and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and shipment of customer orders. Resolving quality issues promptly and processing credit notes, when necessary. Keeping the relevant Sales personnel informed of any customer-related concerns. Providing essential sales information for customer visits, including turnover and historical sales data. Accurate and detailed order entry. Requirements: Previous 1-3 years of customer service experience in a dynamic office setting. Education to GCSE level, encompassing Maths and English. Demonstrated proficiency in administrative and numeracy skills. Competence in IT, particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel. Fluency in verbal and written German, French, or Spanish.
