Head of FP&A Permanent or Interim – Hospitality Start date: ASAPLocation: Central London Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 + strong bonus and benefits Location: London Office hours: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in office We are working with a brilliant hospitality business who are looking to appoint a Head of FP&A to lead a passionate and dedicated team including business marketing, management accountants and analysists. The team is responsibility delivering analysis and insights to both drive new agendas plans and adjust financials for the future, backss new opportunities and troubleshoot underperformance. The Head of FP&A will report to the CFO and work collaboratively with Controllers, operations and investors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Month end Distribution of group reporting to operations Deliver Group wide budgets and forecasts Accurate management of group balance sheets Support Financial Controller with Audit, yearend statutory report and weekly cash flow forecasting. Take lead on systems and processes for group Budgeting and forecasting Responsible for delivery of Monthly management accounts, finance pack and P&LHighlight risks and opportunities based on balance sheet reviewal. Lead Modelling and analysing to provide insights for improvement and growth Drive business partnership across the business Support your team in working operationally to support teams implementing change based on insights and planning. Work with the CFO to delivery on change and intervention based on insights Work with the CFO to set annual targets and deliver a long-term plan and forecast Support the CFO in stake holder management with third parties and investors Take lead on animalises, reviewal and implementation on centralised cost saving Take ownership for development and training of your team Proactively insure the work environment in welcoming, inclusive and supportive of development and training THE IDEAL CANDIDATEFully Qualified CIMA or ACCAMultisite Hospitality experience.
