Role Overview - Hostel In-Reach Worker Rough Sleeping Drug & Alcohol Team: In this engaging role, you will be offering support to service users across Thanet and Canterbury in the supported accommodation hostels they are residing in. You will carry a smaller caseload so that you can offer a greater level of support and flexibility for those facing complex issues or engagement barriers. Rooted in Trauma Informed approaches, dedicated skilled workers will grasp the unique needs of those at risk of rough sleeping, coordinating care by liaising with housing support staff and ensuring access to primary care services. Responsibilities – Hostel In-Reach Worker Rough Sleeping Drug & Alcohol Team: Conduct both initial and comprehensive evaluations as well as risk backssments to inform a service user’s treatment journeys.
