SEN Tutor Redditch Up to GBP25 per hour Flexible Working Hours Redditch Based Worcestershires Tuition Services Team at Randstad are looking for a committed and experienced SEN Tutor with experience dealing with children who have ASD (Autism spectrum disorder) and SEND (Special educational needs and disabilities) : around Redditch We help find hard working and experienced tutors for children who are no longer in mainstream education. In turn, we offer our Tutors highly rewarding assignments, whilst providing flexibility and professional support to ensure your success. Earning up to GBP25 per hour for face to face support, you will be offered the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with children and young people with SEMH and ASD through tutoring in a creative, flexible and engaging manner. For this SEN tutoring role, you will support pupils by tailoring the tuition sessions to suit their individual needs and current working level. Above all you will need to build natural rapport with the pupils : in order to access the best progression. As an SEN Tutor in Redditch, you will be free to choose from an extensive list of available bookings both face to face or online with flexible hours, enabling you to take control of your working schedule. You will be assisted by our dedicated support team through every step of your registration process and will also be provided with high quality training to enable you to deliver your tuition sessions. The ideal requirements: Redditch Based or able to commute Experience in a range of key stages : Early Years, Primary and Secondary Experience, Knowledge and Understanding of working with children/young people with additional learning needs (SEN/SEMH) and supporting ASD (Autism spectrum disorder) A creative and versatile teaching style Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE / B.
