Therefore, we are searching for an Agile Senior Principal Consultant m/w/d to join our client to help make change more tangible for organizations and enable customers to successfully transform themselves into agile organisations. Therefore, we are searching for an Agile Senior Principal Consultant m/w/d to join our client to help make change more tangible for organizations and enable customers to successfully transform themselves into agile organisations. Your responsibilities: Implement agile methods and introduce teams to the most suitable agile way of working. Responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders. Take responsibility for project results and manage project assignments of individuals and teams to ensure projects are completed in terms of time, quality, and effort. Take responsibility for leading and mentoring colleagues. Lead and own Agile coaching engagements, including Agile-at-Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework SAFe, Disciplined Agile Delivery DAD, and Large-Scale Scrum Le SS Your experience: 10+ years of experience in agile delivery and transformation Solid expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management Proven experience at C-level and developing new customer business opportunities. Comfortable in an international project environment Agile qualifications or certification e. g. SAFe Program Consultant; SAFe Agilist Strong team player with a high willingness to take on responsibility.
