Once the I&IT cluster staff are required to return to the office, the resource under this request will be required to work onsite as well. Guelph, Toronto, Ontario , Hybrid Estimated Start Date: Estimated End Date: #Business Days: 143.00 Extension: 56.00 Hours per day or Week: 7.25 hours per day Security Level: No Clearance Required Mandatory Requirements: Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, Dev Ops, Microsoft tools including Visio and Project and Miro boards Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Ontario Digital Service Standard, Ontario Service Design Playbook and the Digital First backssment product delivery approach (Pre-Discovery, Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live) Knowledge and understanding of digital product development, implementation and management Demonstrated experience in the development of test scripts and user stories Demonstrated experience testing prototypes and conducting usability testing Demonstrated experience conducting iterative analysis and testing Knowledge of user-centered design Demonstrated experience conducting UAT, AODA and vulnerability testing Ability to lead and coordinate testing team 8+ years experience in QA analysis (Manual Testing Skills) Experience developing Test Cases/Scripts and data requirements, develop test scenarios, test cases for manual testing Experience developing technical testing strategies/plans Experience executing testing activities for a number of.
