They are a well-established firm who pride themselves on providing an outstanding service to their clients, which has resulted in continued repeat business over the past few years. Working for a firm that are dedicated to client care, you will be part of a busy team and can be based at any of their Lancashire offices alongside being offered hybrid working. As the successful Court of Protection candidate you will have prior experience within Court of Protection being able to hit the ground running in this area. You will manage a varied caseload of deputyships from OPGs panel, Local Authorities, Charities & Care Providers working in a busy & vibrant team. You will handle a wide variety of matters across estates, property sales, probate administration, overseas assets and wills etc and you will have the support of Paralegals. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor but all levels of PQE will be considered as the team can be adapted accordingly and on offer is a competitive salary relative to experience alongside some great company benefits to include hybrid working, generous annual leave package, healthcare cashback plans, ongoing training & development and cycle to work scheme.
