Early 7am-2:30pm Late 1:30pm-9pm Long Days 7am-9pm Nights 8:45pm-7:15am £21 Weekdays, £25ph Saturdays and Nights, £29ph Sundays and Bank Holidays Brook House is a long-term, independent-living service for people with learning disabilities. The four flats are located in Ottershaw, Chertsey. Registered with the Care Quality Commission as a care home facility with nursing, the flats are run by an established team qualified in supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviour that can challenge. Each individual is allocated a key worker, and the management structure includes a nurse who supports the team in developing the service, and provides specialist input around people’s physical and mental health.
