I am currently recruiting for a well-established law firm based in Stockport who are looking to recruit an experienced EL/PL fee earner to join their.I am currently recruiting for a well-established law firm based in Stockport who are looking to recruit an experienced EL/PL fee earner to join their Personal Injury team on a permanent basis. Role The successful candidate will be managing a caseload of predominantly claimant ELPL cases. Using proclaim case management system you will be required to liaise with clients, third parties, opposition solicitors to obtain the best results for your clients. The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of Employer Liability and Public Liability claims litigation process and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to demonstrate strong decision making, negotiation and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
