The Company The business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years producing and delivering a range of events at home and abroad. The company has made deliberate efforts to ensure all its staff are looked after and that everyone is invested in the company’s work hard play hard ethos. Your Role As General Manager you will be central to the smooth day-to-day running of the business as well as implementing new strategies and initiatives that will benefit the future growth and evolving culture of the organisation. Reporting directly into the company’s directors you will have oversight of all internal support functions including finance, HR/recruitment, office, and IT as well as being a layer of support to the technical heads of department for any processes or staff development. You will have regular dialogue with the senior leadership team to ensure that all areas of the business are running efficiently, and this could mean improving current practices or implementing new ideas and processes. Your leadership shows a keen eye for detail a natural empathy for people, a fantastic ability to motivate, lead from the front and engage in a personable manner. This role is in the events industry so there will be some occasions when you will need to be on call for out-of-hours support. About You Extremely process driven.
