The EUC Analyst will collaborate closely with the Senior EUC Analyst to manage and maintain our IT Endpoint estate, ensuring compliance, security, and efficient operation. This role involves defining and deploying device builds, applications, configuration profiles, and policies, with a focus on endpoint compliance and security. Leveraging existing tools, the EUC Analyst will monitor and rectify endpoint device compliance issues, ensuring a secure and well-managed environment. Job Title: EUC Analyst Location : Sittingbourne, Kent ME9 Contract type: Temporary - 6 months Start date: ASAPJob Purpose The EUC Analyst will collaborate closely with the Senior EUC Analyst to manage and maintain our IT Endpoint estate, ensuring compliance, security, and efficient operation. This role involves defining and deploying device builds, applications, configuration profiles, and policies, with a focus on endpoint compliance and security. Leveraging existing tools, the EUC Analyst will monitor and rectify endpoint device compliance issues, ensuring a secure and well-managed environment. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain corporate device build processes. Manage end-user software technology platforms, including O/S, Applications, System Tools/Agents, and VPN solutions. Operate end-user computing management platforms, such as Defender for Endpoint, Intune, Azure AD, Manage Engine Patch Manager Plus, Autopilot, Samsung Knox, and Apple Business Manager. Coordinate activities related to changes in the end-user computing environments, including the development and maintenance of patch models and processes. Operate vulnerability management and threat detection platforms. Collaborate regularly with the Service Delivery team to address operational issues and efficiencies related to device deployment and monitoring. Provide technical resources to the IT Portfolio for EUC device changes. Consult with the Architecture and Infrastructure teams on platforms used,. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
