EAL/ESOL Tutors Randstad are looking for EAL / ESOL Tutors with a passion for transforming lives of vulnerable learners working alongside local authorities. This is an extraordinary opportunity for aspiring teachers and caring teaching professionals to help support young people and the next generation of adults in the UK. If you have a passion for teaching and tutoring face to face and thrive off seeing your support help a young person then this role is perfect for you. We are keen to hear from inspiring QTS, NQTs, Teaching Assistants with Level 3 qualifications, HLTA certification or graduates who are considering a career within education. Ideally you will have your DBS on the update service, or willing to acquire one. The tutoring can take place face to face or online and can start as soon as we get you registered. Key responsibilities: Working with small group cohorts from 1:1 : 1:6 Creating lesson plans tailored to the students learning style backssing student progress, identifying areas for improvement and recording attainment levels using our internal reporting system Deliver engaging sessions to support a range of learning styles Drive measurable outcomes from each session to measure impact Work collaboratively with educational/care stakeholders ensuring student support. Working in accordance with the KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines.
