Digital Designer Learning and Development Leeds, West Yorkshire A GBP 28,000 : A GBP 32,000 You will be working 35hrs Monday to Friday either 8.30am : 4pm or 9am : 4.30pm Free City centre parking available Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Digital Designer to support a Learning and Development team with their e: learning content design. The company is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, close to train station. The Role As a Learning and Development Designer, your main priorities will be to identify learning needs across the business and design bespoke online and classroom learning resources using a range of mediums. We are looking for someone with experience of using Articulate, Storyline, Vyond and Power Point, as well as other videos and animation software. Reporting directly to the Learning and Development Lead, you will play a key role in the planning, build and delivery of learning across a variety of mediums and topics : including inductions, soft skills, our regulatory bodies and clients, as well as our bespoke IT systems. Duties Designing and developing impactful, high quality, blended content that utilises a range of formats including: instructor led, on the job, online, and simulation/experiential learning experiences Ensuring that knowledge and skill content is transferred into memorable, supportive, and engaging learning resources for our BW colleagues using the platforms available Developing content for specific topic e: learning packages, in partnership with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) in line with current development requirements Storyboarding video content and then directing/producing engaging learning resources Coordinate and produce voice: over narration to accompany video content, recording and editing as required Review and evaluate existing training materials and work towards course design improvements Skills/Knowledge/Experience Proficient with Articulate 360 software including Storyline, Vyond, Adobe,.
