Initial Screening and Contact Officer needed with Worcestershire County Council Initial Screening and Contact Officer needed with Worcestershire County Council Start Date- ASAPLocation – Worcester Duration – Initially 3 months Hours per week – 30 hours or 35 hours Salary – £17 ltd an hour Description: You will be a point of contact for members of the public and professionals, offering clear and sound advice, signposting and screening the request for support that are sent to the team You will be able to direct families to the right service to meet the needs of the child and family. You will screen request for support from the public and professionals, confidently and when needed constructively challenge and deliver difficult messages You will maintain and update electronic systems in an accurate, concise and timely way What is required Excellent and proven customer service experience Competent and accurate in a range of IT packages and databases Considerable experience of providing quality assured advice and guidance to members of the public and professionals on a range of sensitive and complex matters Relevant qualification at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Experience of managing highly sensitive and confidential information If you are interested please call Jemma Molloy on 01772 xyzxyz or email me your CV – If this role isn’t right for you, but you know someone who would fit perfectly to our engaged and devoted team and you refer them, you will receive a referral bonus of £250.
