The Role: The primary purpose of the Site Leader is people driven and will ensure all departments with the manufacturing function work within a successful, cross-functional and collaborative process. Working closely alongside the companies Technical Manager for all raw material and process related tasks and the Sales Manager responsible for finance and commercial aspects, you will ensure the departments maximise on opportunities for a stronger, more fluid and productive way of working. The Successful Candidate: Skills and knowledge gained within a plastics manufacturing or related environment would be beneficial however, the key element of this role is not the specifics of the product or related production methods but the use of best practices, understanding the processes involved in leading all departments to performing at their best and optimising the skills of those within. Success in this role will require the following attributes: - An ability to build trust. Able to inspire passion. Have an entrepreneurial spirit and able to motivate and encourage the same of others.
