About the Position: This position manages and directs the treatment court program and provides supervision to program staff to ensure the successful day-to-day operations of the program. This person will act as a liaison between all parties associated with the multidisciplinary treatment court team, to include court personnel, treatment providers, ODMHSAS, probation and parole and/or OKDHS Child Welfare, in addition to the surrounding community. The Treatment Court Coordinator will coordinate with their treatment court team to develop and implement policies and procedures; participant handbooks, collect program data, and assist with program evaluation. Job Type/Salary: Annual Base Salary is $53,000.00 Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Requires a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and three years of professional experience in direct patient care of psychiatric and/or substance abuse clients. Preference given to candidates that possess supervisory experience, and/or mental health or drug court experience. Special Requirements: Willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with position, e.g., attend training etc. Must maintain a valid driver’s license. Great reasons to work for us! The inpatient and outpatient services they provide include special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups. Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-Placement Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result. THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK.
