Junior Loan Processor

Madison Mortgage is growing! We are building our capacity by hiring a junior level mortgage loan processor for our highly productive team. The successful applicant will be responsible for client communication - both verbal and written. We want someone with high energy and the desire to learn our business and grow! Responsibilities: --- Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies --- Order property and loan documentation such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records to help process mortgage loan files --- Input detailed loan process documentation in our system - from origination to close --- Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness --- Put together loan packages and submit to lender underwriting for approval or denial WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING --- Providing elite service to our clients --- Communicating with clients on loan conditions and statuses via phone or email --- Learning investor guidelines, lending policies, and the required documentation, policy, and procedures of Madison Mortgage Services --- Managing multiple priorities, while building rapport with clients Qualifications: --- 2 years minimum experience in loan processing required --- High school diploma or GED required - Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred --- Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail --- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Required: --- Client service experience --- Willingness to learn and be coached --- Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry --- Desire to collaborate in a friendly, team environment --- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic --- Ability to accept accountability for any actions --- On-site attendance Preferred: --- Bachelor's degree in a business concentration or other related field. --- Experience as a Loan Processor or similar About Company: Why Choose Madison Mortgage Services: Our foundation is built upon a set of core values that define who we are and drive our every endeavor.
