Job Description Haven Behavioral Hospital of Friscois pleased to announce the expansion of specialty behavioral health services for adults of all ages.With this expansion, we are seekingRegistered Nurses (RNs) with psychiatric experienceto join our devote Frisco team of healthcare professionals in providing compassionate care to our patients.The RN is responsible for providing safe, compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex healthcare needs.RNs may perform the following responsibilities and duties: * Conducts patient assessments and provides nursing interventions to patients as assigned. * Maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures. * Communicates effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients. * Provides supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians. Assumes role of Charge Nurse when assigned. Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited nursing program * Current Texas Licensure * CPI/CPR Certified per policy * 2 years experience as a registered nurse * 1 year experience in an acute inpatient psychiatric experience
