To collect unwanted goods in accordance with our returns policy & to carry our vehicle checks and ensure any defects are reported to the Line Manager immediately Key Responsibilities & Accountability To deliver goods in an efficient manner with a customer focused attitude Delivery Log to be completed in full Delivery vehicle to be loaded safely / correctly Drive responsibly & professionally in line with the companys driver handbook & policies Carry out weekly vehicle maintenance checks & report any issues or defects to your line Manager Maintain your vehicle in a clean and tidy condition All PPE provided must be worn & used Collect unwanted goods in accordance with our returns policy Follow all department processes & procedures Check customer orders for any visible damage & to ensure the correct parts are allocated to the customer invoice Working in our dispatch area & warehouse in-between deliveries may be required. Work together with other members of the parts team to ensure the best possible service is provided to customers. On short notice you may be required to change routes to cover holiday/sickness within the department. This will ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and disruption to orders.
