The candidate will be responsible for handling cases related to fraud and special investigations, including medical provider fraud, work comp fraud, first-party property, and others. Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The candidate should have 3-4 years of litigation experience. Job Details:Join a busy national Insurance Fraud/Special Investigation practice.Handle cases related to fraud/special investigations, including medical provider fraud, work comp fraud, first-party property, and others.Conduct thorough analysis, research, and communication-related to assigned cases.Litigate no-fault cases filed in all fifty (50) States. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.3-4 years of litigation experience. Experience:Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.Previous experience in Insurance Fraud/Special Investigation practice is beneficial. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of New Jersey. Skills:Litigation experience.Analytical skills for case evaluation.Strong writing and research abilities.Effective communication skills.
