A Coastal Sales Manager is a highly motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. They actively drive sales while creating a great experience for our customers. At Coastal, character counts! Our entire team is focused and holds itself accountable for four basic objectives. They are: Accelerate Revenue Growth Significant Profit Growth Improved Customer Service Continuous Improvement What will you be Responsible for? Growing and Maintaining staff job results through coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Creating and initiating marketing plans for sales growth. Top notch customer service skills. Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand needs. Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. Creating sales goals for sales team and helping to exceed expectations. Ability to teach and lead others. Experienced user of Excel and MS Word applications. Proven sales experience with ability to create and exceed sales goals. Previous experience with CRM tools. Experience with social media platforms posting images, videos, and advertisements to execute successfully and generate sales leads and closures. Superior attention to detail and excellent grammar and spelling. Ability to listen and successfully determine the needs and wants of our potential customers via phone or in person. What are the "Nice-to-Haves"? Familiarity with basic construction and/or storage sheds Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Strong community awareness or involvement. Requirements: What skills does the job require? Previous sales experience Management experience Ability to think critically and find solutions Computer literacy (spreadsheets, powerpoint, etc.) Honest, trustworthy and dependable Outstanding communication skills What does Coastal Offer?
