We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Attorney in our Summerville, SC office! You will work with a team of professionals when handling residential closings for the clients of our firm. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in practice. You will be responsible for closing real estate transactions, and communicating with clients, lenders, brokers and title companies. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, organized, possess superior interpersonal skills and are able to handle a high number of closings daily. Responsibilities: Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency Conduct residential real estate closings involving lenders, buyers and sellers Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations Manage the day to day operations of the H&P Summerville office Increase the footprint of H&P in the Summerville/Charleston market by marketing to potential new customers and clients Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: JD from accredited Law School Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina Hold either a current appointment as a South Carolina Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to starting work 4+ years residential real-estate experience Superior communication skills, both written and verbal Job Type: Full-time, In-Office We are proud to offer: Competitive base salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Excellent training program Great family work environment Growth opportunities Hankin & Pack Values Consistency - Provide the same level of service on every deal.
