Responsibilities Support the migration of applications, ensuring seamless transition and continued app access for users. Collaborate with third-party vendors on account migration activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project requirements. Manage license provision changes as needed during the migration process. Handle technical aspects of identity management, including Single Sign-On (SSO) provisioning and configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application migration and identity management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders as needed. About you Proven experience as an Applications Engineer or similar role, preferably in a public sector environment. Strong.
