Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Global Retail and Wholesale Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive retail and wholesale strategy with a strong focus on EMEA and APEC regions to drive market penetration and revenue growth Build and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and lead a high: performing sales team comprising employees, agents, and distributors. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration to drive growth across all channels and markets Identify Growth Regions: Identify key regions for growth and collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish the most commercially viable routes to market, ensuring strategic expansion and market dominance.
