We are looking for a data-driven, results-focused Conversion Rate Optimisation specialist to join the Digital Optimisation team at The Citation Group. The Conversion Rate Optimisation CRO Specialist will play a key role in unlocking the potential of our digital presence across multiple brands. You’ll utilise your expertise in data analysis, user behaviour tracking and A/B testing to develop and implement strategies to improve user experience and drive conversions. What you will do: • Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates. • Monitor and analyse website and digital campaign performance using GA4 and Looker Studio• Work closely with our in-house UX researcher to gain insights into user behaviour and identify areas for improvement. • Working with our internal and external web development resource, as well as our design team to create new experiences and push them live on our websites• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels using • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimisation strategies, including marketing, design,.
