What experience do I need: - Demonstrable Auto Product Development Experience: Proven track record in automotive product development, especially with electric and hybrid vehicles. Experience with the entire lifecycle from prototype to commercialization is essential. - Technical Leadership: Ability to provide clear technical direction and roadmap development. Must possess a deep understanding of both mechanical and electrical engineering principles. - Strong People Leadership: Experience leading and developing technical teams.
