Business Analyst Contract : 7 months location : West Susinteraction : (Hybrid 2/3 days in the office Full time). Rates : GBP 40 : GBP 60 per hour UMB (Outside IR35) : Drives and support the design of Strategy, to transform data into actionable insights to support and deliver our strategic goals in a cross functional environment. : Lead Strategic Initiatives, in improving our financial performance and customer experience either through identifying cost saving, efficiencies, improvements and other opportunities to protect and increase our customer base. : Develop training materials and analytics, driving best practice, standards, and ensure the appropriate documentation is place. : Coaching and Mentoring, Business Partners, new starters, analysts and others across the business in business insights, data driven decisions : Identify and proactively, put in place standards for the delivery of strategic and tactical insights : Set best practices and produce high quality, actionable insights through analytics and cutting: edge predictive algorithms. : Works as a self: starter, proactively identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement. : Design and implement, insight initiatives and innovations roadmaps to drive strategic goals. : Understands, Present and Communicates, interprets business communications, KPI, Insight methodologies into materials for internal teams to bring alignment, understanding from a business insight standpoint a range of methods to analyse data and synthesise findings. : Visionary, out warding looking, foresighted, being aware of new tools, technologies, news ways of working. : Business awareness, appreciation of the wider business and customer drivers, how this impacts technical services and regions and build in future insight requirements based on this.
