Cross Country Locums is seeking an Occupational/Urgent Care physician for a contract position in Milwaukee, WI. Details listed below. JOB DETAILS: Open dates:3/07 thru 6/30/22 We are looking for an IM or FP with Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care experience Mon-Fri (5 days/week) 8a-5p MUST be DOT certified Worksite Setting: Free standing clinic EMR/EHR system: Allscripts SCOPE OF WORK: Will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis. REQUIREMENTS: Active unrestricted Wisconsin license, DEA DOT cert Proof of vaccination .
