Then you could be our Executive Coordinator for Novo Nordisk in our affiliate in the UK. The Position As an Executive Coordinator, you will be reporting to the VP of the Diabetes Business Unit, with a dotted line to the Senior Director for Customer Engagement and work closely by providing exceptional executive support. Among your main tasks, in close collaboration with senior leaders and the department team members, you will be responsible to coordinate and participate in both day: to: day deliverables and projects of varying size for the Diabetes Marketing Team and the Customer Engagement Department. : Organisation and co: ordination of events (conference and team meetings) to meet the needs of the function including travel accommodation and venue negotiation : Maintain and develop internal processes or systems for both departments to ensure timely planning and decision making: Monitoring and tracking department budgets: Tracking and progressing projects : Drafting, preparing, and formatting documents, including letters, reports, e: mails, and other documents and processing them accordingly (including photocopying and distribution): Working with the VP Diabetes Business Unit and Customer Engagement.
