Requires experience with investigation, handling, analysis, negotiation, and disposition of complex general liability claims. Shall: *** Investigate submitted claims and go over policy language with a fine-toothed comb to identify coverage issues, evaluate legality of provisions and language, and communicate with claimants, other attorneys, insured, and witnesses. *** Analyze information from claims to determine extent of loss. *** Perform large-loss evaluations. *** Identify, evaluate, and analyze contractual nuances regarding coverage limits and issues. Requires: *** 8+ years relevant experience; experience in a law firm environment with track record of success dealing with coverage issues for complex general liability claims. *** Ability to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve assigned claims.
