About the role/Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Applications Engineer to join our team and work on one of our public sector accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the migration of applications from BEIS (Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy) to DBT (Digital, Business, and Technology) tenant. This role requires SC clearance. Remote role with visits to the London office when required. What you’ll be doing Support the migration of applications from BEIS to DBT, ensuring seamless transition and continued app access for users. Collaborate with third-party vendors on account migration activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project requirements. Manage license provision changes as needed during the migration process. Handle technical aspects of identity management, including Single Sign-On (SSO) provisioning and configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application migration and identity management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders as needed. About you/Experience Proven experience as an Applications Engineer or similar role, preferably in a public sector environment. SC clearance is required. Strong understanding of application migration processes and best practices. Experience working with identity management tools and technologies, including SSO. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Whilst the above experience is important, we are also open to developing all staff members through PDPs and coaching, so please still apply if you don’t meet all of the criteria.
