Responsibilities: Provide individualized tutoring sessions tailored to the specific learning needs and abilities of students Develop personalized lesson plans and learning materials to support student engagement and progress. Identify and address learning gaps and challenges through differentiated instruction and targeted interventions. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence, independence, and academic growth. Teaching core subjects GCSE for a pupil aged 16 years old. Requirements: Degree and/or relevant teaching qualification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs. Ability to adapt teaching methods and approaches to meet individual student needs effectively.
