We are looking for a sales passionate individual, who can spot an opportunity and be creative in taking them for a positive outcome for the Client and our business. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be working and progressing within the ICS system, in various settings across secondary and primary care. You will take the lead on delivering commercial goals for Lundbeck brands, through implementing locally developed business plan, agreed in conjunction with Sales Access Manager and Brand team. Your essential responsibilities will cover: : Deliver agreed sales contribution for the region, within budgeted expenditure: Produce and monitor implementation of detailed Account Plans: Identify key trends in the NHS environment and pro: actively identify business/partnership/collaborative working opportunities that will be of mutual benefit to Lundbeck UK, its customers and patients: Building relationships and influencing customers directly and indirectly, utilizing all means of communication, as identified in the local business plan: Drive formulary and guideline development within the region and follow through on implementation: Negotiate effectively with customers and NHS accounts to ensure Lundbeck UK commercial and financial goals are met: Identify Key regional Opinion Leaders at both payer and clinical level, and work with other Lundbeck stakeholders to ensure effective management plans for these OLs: Work collaboratively.
