YOUR IMPACT As the Director of EMEA Billing Operations at Open Text, your impact is pivotal in ensuring a frictionless billing process for our customers and optimizing cash collection targets. Reporting to the Senior Director of Billing Operations, you'll lead a high-performing team to achieve Order to Cash targets, driving billing optimization, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our financial operations. Your leadership, strategic vision, and ability to navigate change will be instrumental in meeting financial deadlines and supporting the Billing mandate. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS Leadership Impact : Lead a team of managers and individual contributors to achieve Order to Cash targets, aligning with billing optimization strategies. Strategic Vision : Define and drive the billing strategy and transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment across functions and effective change management. Operational Excellence : Accountable for EMEA Billing Operations performance, supporting strong operating cash flow, and ensuring full revenue capture. Process Innovation : Develop and implement strategic O2C processes, collaborating with internal teams and driving best practices within the billing organization. Global Integration : Work strategically on integrating processes and systems in alignment with Open Text's acquisition strategy. Talent Management : Responsible for workforce planning, ensuring the right skills are in the right place at the right time.
