The Renewable Energy Project Development and Finance Associate Attorney will work with clients in the clean energy industry on various projects across the United States. The candidate should have experience in renewable energy and be familiar with power purchase agreements, purchase and sale agreements, hedge contacts, equipment supply contracts, construction contracts, or similar agreements. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
