The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority operating in a technical, property, services environment. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority operating in a technical, property, services environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to manage an individual case load or projects to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team delivering the HRA Planned Works programme. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Working to tight deadlines of defined operational projects Develop, plans and monitors as necessary Leads projects and plans for resources required to deliver Focus on results and delivery outcomes. The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require a qualification in Building, Housing or related subject such as HND/NVQ level 4 or CIOBThe below skills would be beneficial for the role: To build and maintain good understanding of council and department objectives Up to date knowledge of relevant policy Handle contact with clients from a range of background The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £318 Per Day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
