What are we looking for? We are looking to expand our team in Bristol with an exceptional recruitment consultant. If you have a passion for putting people first and a job well done, then you are the right person for us. What is the job? You'll join us in the construction sector to continue to grow the sector within the business. We have another office who already works in this sector so you'll work with them to maximise the impeccable service that you can deliver as a team. Your main responsibilities will be sourcing, screening and arranging interviews for candidates all whilst communicating effectively with the wider team. Your skills: Previous recruitment experience Knowledge of the construction sector A good track record of billings/placements The ability to establish, build and nurture customer relationships Full UK Drivers license Bonus: Recruitment experience within an agency What we offer: Up to £35,000 depending on experience Up to 30% commission 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays, plus a day for your birthday Company Pension scheme Long weekend prizes 3 nights/4 days away all paid for.
