The CSU focus on empowering customers on their digital journey, through strong customer relationships leveraging the power of cloud solutions and support offerings that result in targeted business outcomes and a great customer experience. As the Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical business role supporting the CSU leadership on strategic, operational, and coaching insights to achieve their business results and deliver value from products and services for Customer and Partners. You will partner closely with and enable CSU leadership by establishing & driving the Unified rhythm of the business, providing business insights and intelligence on current and predicted performance against KPIs to inform business decisions, coaching CSU managers on the fundamentals of Unified delivery execution and reporting, and by being a key contributor in planning and enablement initiatives for the segment. This opportunity will allow you to grow your analytical, operational, coaching, change management, and people experiences to accelerate your career leadership.
