The role comprises: Promote residential, mixed use and commercial developments (both Brownfield and Greenfield) through the Local Development Framework Coordinate professional teams to support the submission of planning applications and take on project management responsibility of the teams Conduct research and site appraisals on projects Prepare, submit and negotiate on planning and applications Prepare policy representations Develop client relationships Input to planning appeals The successful candidate will have. Be MRTPI qualified or close to submission Great interpersonal skills Self: motivated and manage and prioritise your own caseload Team player Good understanding of IT and Microsoft Office Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time/work management Ability to work under pressure, plan and meet deadlines whilst retaining high quality work delivery and service to the client Good understanding of the planning system and housing market Mentoring junior members of the team, including mentoring through the APC process Managing budgets and invoicing Interested?
