The Company My client, a leading Planning Consultancy with over 140 years of combined planning who are experts in achieving planning permission for Residential, Rural business, Agricultural and Equestrian projects, is looking for an ambitious Senior Town Planner to join the team. The successful candidate will have an interest in assisting a diverse range of planning matters. The Position as a Senior Town Planner The position as a Senior Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have a full or licentiate membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully involved in assisting the Directors of the practice in preparing planning applications, appeals, appraisals, and representations to development plan documents Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant. Previous relevant experience. A member of the RTPI (although the practice would support the right candidate in achieving this). Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
