We attribute our phenomenal growth to the passion our employees who provide our customers with not only high-quality apparel, home and beauty products, but the understanding that our customers are not just purchasing an item, but an experience.The Treasury Manager is responsible for overall company liquidity, daily cash, and debt facility management. This role will manage a team responsible for financial records as they relate to sales and refunds, gift cards, receivables, cash and accounts payable.Job Duties:• Oversee the Cash Team functions, including customer refunds, the cash desk, corporate credit card program, cash reconciliations.• Forecast cash on a weekly basis for rolling 13 weeks, full year cash forecast/budget.• Support month-end processes where necessary.• Liaison with IT department as it relates to specific systems for departments, especially Doclink.• Ensure staff is accountable and held to department and company standards including 'Customer First'.Bank Reporting and Compliance• Ensure monthly borrowing base reporting is timely and accurate• Maintain other monthly, quarterly and yearly bank reporting compliance• Safeguard company cash and other assets by ensuring proper segregation of duties and internal controls are maintained • Assist in audit workpaper creation & sample selections.Other Projects as Assigned• Coordinate bi-annual bank field exam• Coordinate annual inventory appraisal for borrowing base• Assist in year-end financial statement audit where necessary• Look for continuous improvements in department processes and reporting• Ensure staff is properly trained on systems• Other tasks/projects as assigned by managementRequired Experience and Skills:10+ years of progressive treasury related experience including managing a treasury team, ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties, strong customer service skills, high level of attention to detail, appropriate handling of sensitive informationKnowledge of banking relationships and covenants, demonstrate strong understanding of financial markets, financial and debt instruments, sound knowledge of accounting principles.Advanced Excel Job Posted by ApplicantPro
