Summary of position: The primary purpose of this position is to direct and supervise the operational activities of the hotel's front desk within corporate and hotel guidelines to provide the highest standards of courteous service while permitting acceptable profit levels. Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank, count cash and other methods of payment at the end of the shift to verify and balance the house bank, and accept and record vouchers, traveler's checks, and other forms of payment. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff and observe performance and encourage improvement. Qualifications: Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary based on position and experience, plus opportunities for an Incentive Bonus !
