Director of Outlets – Five-Star Hotel Location: Houston, TXSalary: 95,000 – 130,000 + Benefits We are excited to have teamed up with a Five-Star Hotel and Spa in Houston, Texas. They are looking for a Director of Outlets who will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of outlets in the hotel. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Role Responsibilities: Oversees departmental scheduling and regularly reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example Identifies the developmental needs of hotel Colleagues. Coaches, mentors, or otherwise helps Colleagues improve their knowledge, skill, or ability Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management Supervises and assists with other outlet and hotel operations as needed or as directed by leadership Improves service by communicating and assisting direct reports to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum of 4 years of restaurant General Management experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting Should possess a strong knowledge of liquor, beer and wine Knowledge in and or experience with Forbes 5 Star service standards is preferred Superior interpersonal and communications skills including exemplary written and oral communications skills Display professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity, and a strong work ethic Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals If you’d like to.
