The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry or chemical engineering and be a member of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Duties:Conducting patent searches and analyses to assess the patentability of inventions.Drafting and preparing patent applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.Managing patent prosecution, including responding to office actions and communicating with examiners.Collaborating with inventors, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for patent filings.Providing technical expertise in patent-related matters.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry (Advanced degrees are strongly preferred).Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in patent prosecution.USPTO membership is mandatory.Strong chemistry background.Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry (Advanced degrees preferred).USPTO membership.Skills:Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Excellent academic credentials.Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
