JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Oakley Business Brand Manager is a key member of the Marketing Brands team within Essilor Luxottica North Europe. They will lead a portfolio of sports brands focusing on Oakley but including Bliz and Costa Del Mar. This portfolio represents +50MEUR net sales in the North cluster. As a Business Brand Manager, they will be responsible for the growth of the brands across all product categories: eyewear, goggles, apparel and helmets and will closely monitor the sales in your different channels of Trade. Their main task will be to develop and implement the sports brands marketing activations in the North Europe region: UKI, Nordics and Benelux, following the global brand strategy while considering the needs of your local stakeholders: optical and sports channels. As a brand guardian, they will focus on driving brand equity through media, events, sports marketing ensuring relevance, increasing awareness, and conversion to purchase.
