We have exclusive relationships with a large portion of our markets, and our consultants are SMEs within their fields. We work internationally across the UK, EMEA and North America for single vacancies through to large-scale transformation projects. What are we looking for? We are looking to expand our team in Woking with an exceptional Senior Recruitment Consultant to work within our procurement and supply chain. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and pride yourself in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, then you are the right person for us. What is the job? You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying key customers and candidates to organising interviews and negotiating offers. You already have proven experience in procurement and supply chain recruitment. This role will involve building business and relationships with clients across the UK, so a decent network pre-existing would be a bonus. Your skills: Experience in procurement and supply chain recruitment Highly organised The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills Strong ability to work with a team Bonus: A background within White-Collar corporate would be advantageous What we offer: A basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 DOE Commission scheme of up to 30% 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays 12 wellness days per year Private Healthcare 2 days per week in the office/3 days from home Free parking near the office Quarterly events - restaurants, activities, team building, trips Ongoing training and development opportunities to enable you to succeed Please note: Talent Chief is a recruitment agency acting on behalf.
