Director of Food and Beverage – Luxury Hotel Location: Nashville, TNSalary: 95,000 - 105,000Benefits: Relocation Package, Temporary accommodation, PTO, Full Benefits, Bonus The Company: We are excited to be working with an independent 5-star prestige hotel in Nashville, known for its exceptional service. We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all food and beverage outlets in the hotel. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Director of Food and Beverage Duties: Support management in overseeing the day-to-day operations for 6 food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and upholding the highest quality standards Create and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve financial targets. Be financially astute, manage cost controls, analysis financial performance and sales trends Work closely with the Kitchen Management team to create innovative menus to reflect the different outlets within the hotel Provide leadership and guidance to the food and beverage managers and staff, create and foster a positive and motivated work environment Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating restaurant management staff to maintain a high level of service and professionalism Stay up to date with local competition, industry trends and best practices to enhance the hotel’s growth and drive food and beverage sales Who are we looking for You will have 3 years’ experience in a comparable role, preferably managing multiple outlets You will have an understanding of luxury hotels and are passionate about providing a 5 Star guest experience You are a natural leader with strong multi-tasking and time management skills You have the ability to work well under pressure, motivate a team and be a strong team player If you’d like to hear more about this exciting opportunity, please send your updated resume to Declan@NOTE: Please note that only shortlisted.
