TALENT ACQUISITION and HR OFFICER : FLEXIBLE LOCATIOJN WITH HYRBID WORKING OPTIONS Locations available: Axminster, Honiton, Exeter, Barnstaple, Bideford, Bridgwater, Burnham: On: Sea, Crediton, Holsworthy, Okehampton, Plymouth, Seaton, Somerton, Tiverton, Torquay or Weston: Super: Mare Job type: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week, part time also considered Salary : Up to A GBP 28,000 per annum Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition and HR Officer to be based our of any of our clients Devon or Somerset branches with hybrid working available on a permanent full time contract. The successful candidate will be working closely with 2 other Officers to lead on the end: to: end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting key talent and driving resourcing solutions. This position is predominately recruitment focused with some HR and Learning and Development duties so would suit someone who enjoys a recruitment environment with some additional people related activities. Duties and responsibilities: Weekly strategic planning and review of all recruitment matters with Head of Human Resources Drafting and publishing recruitment adverts Working closely with recruitment agencies and agreeing terms and invoices Working closely with the marketing department on social media recruitment presence and posts Daily review and processing of job and work experience applications including GDPR compliance Arranging tests and interviews for candidates Communication with candidates inclyding offers, contractual information and regrets Attendance at Career events including universities, schools and colleges Responsibility for IRIS HR recruitment system and training / ongoing training new recruitment managers Joint responsibility with HR and L and D Officer for system training Creation and production of periodic reports for Head of HR including HR KPIs New starters processes and tracking including.
