With a hybrid working model, our team is spread across the headquarters in Exeter and Winfrith, enabling occasional remote work. Our team members reside across all three counties, fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment. Role Overview: Purchasing & Payment Services Manager As the Purchasing & Payment Services Manager, you will lead a team of 17 staff responsible for sourcing, ordering, and processing payments for goods and services essential to our police officers and staff across the three counties. Your role will involve adherence to financial regulations, ensuring best value purchasing, overseeing payments, and monitoring team performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 17 staff, ensuring service delivery in line with financial regulations. Prioritise workloads, monitor team performance, and promote staff welfare.
