Practice Area: Bankruptcy - General,Bankruptcy - Litigation, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 1 Years, A law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of transferable experience for a position in Charlotte, NC.Job Overview:The Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, providing legal counsel on bankruptcy-related matters, and managing caseloads efficiently.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on bankruptcy cases.Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents for bankruptcy litigation.Represent clients in bankruptcy court hearings and proceedings.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding bankruptcy laws and regulations.Attend and participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in North Carolina.1-5 years of relevant legal experience in bankruptcy litigation.Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in North Carolina.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Drafting pleadings and legal documents.Courtroom representation and litigation skills.Negotiation and settlement skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Time management and organizational abilities.
